These awards are in recognition of employees/volunteers/business partners who have contributed beyond the normal scope of their assigned responsibilities. Their significant actions have made Cajon Valley a better place to learn, work and live.
Instructions:
1.The Cajon Valley Education Foundation will accept nominations for employees/volunteers/business partners in each of the five following categories.
- Administrative (can be either a certificated, classified, or supervisory employee)
- Classified
- Certificated
- Volunteer (at a school site or at the District Office)
- Business Partners
2. All nominees must have a nomination form submitted in order to be considered.
3. Remember, quality of nominees attributes, rather than quantity of nominations, is considered.
4. Please carefully complete nomination form and return it to the Cajon Valley Education Foundation in care of the District Office.
